How do I place a custom order?
Simply visit our 'Custom Orders' page and fill out the form. We'll review your request and get back to you with a quote and estimated timeline for your project.
What are your lead times?
Most custom orders take 3-5 business days to complete. Simple orders may be ready sooner. Please note that rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we offer in-studio pickup at our local home studio. We recommend scheduling a pickup time in advance to ensure your treats are ready for you.
Do you offer delivery?
We currently offer local delivery for orders within our immediate area. Please contact us to discuss your specific delivery requirements and schedule.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our studio is closed on weekends and holidays. We're happy to accommodate appointments.
